How to prepare the home
A clean, clutter-free home photographs best. A little preparation before I arrive makes a visible difference in the final photos.
Exterior
Remove
- Cars, boats and other vehicles
- Children's toys
- Out-of-season holiday decor
- Trash bins
- Lawn and garden tools
- Portable basketball hoops
Make sure to
- Remove the cover from the grill
- Mow the lawn
- Trim bushes and hedges

For twilight photos, turn on all indoor and outdoor lights except spotlights.
